List of registered participants
The registration for the Conference is closed as of July 2, 2012. Please contact us at zakopane@ifj.edu.pl if you have not registered yet and would like to participate in the meeting.
Participation
We are prepared to accommodate up to 180 participants. Participants will be housed in two conference hotels "GeoVita" and "Antalowka" in Zakopane (located in a distance of 50 m from each other). Participants will be accommodated in double and single rooms. The registration fee will depend on your accommodation preferences.
The full cost of participation (including accommodation and full board) is 2400 PLN (for double room accommodation) or 2800 PLN (for single room accommodation). These amounts include a conference fee of 500 PLN. The cost of participation for an accompanying person is 1700 PLN. After July 15, 2012 a 400 PLN surcharge applies.
The participation fee also covers the bus transfer from Krakow to Zakopane and back on the first and last day of the conference, social events including guided excursions to the Tatra Mountains and the conference dinner.
The exchange rate is presently around 4.1 PLN / Euro and 3.3 PLN / US dollar. The current rate can be checked here.
Registration and payment
Please register to the conference using the registration form. Deadline for registration is June 30, 2012, however, as the number of available single rooms and the general number of participants are limited due to the space available, we encourage you to register early.
Payment should be made not later than July 15, 2012. After that date a surcharge of 400 PLN applies.
Payments can be made by money transfer to the bank account given below or by credit card by filling the credit card payment form (DOC or PDF) and faxing it to the secure fax number ++4812 6628423.
